The table above is everything Prelook charges. Buyers pay your firm directly, monthly or annual, at the price you set, and payouts land in your business bank account. Prelook never holds that money and takes no percentage; the card processor's standard fee (2.9% + 30¢) comes out of each payment. Stored CRM contacts are not seats and are not billed.
